This privacy policy applies to ALL Massfeedback websites, communities, databases and web entities.

The first and foremost concern of Massfeedback.com is the protection of intellectual property and information. We will not sell, lease or exchange your personal data to third parties without first obtaining your permission.

  1. ABOUT MASSFEEDBACK.COM. Massfeedback is and internet technology firm which utilizes Spiderfox TM technology to create online databasing and social networking programs. Each member signs up as a member of a group, business, school, individual or many of the above. Information is kept within the appropriate workspaces available to each organization and institution. If any given user has access to any information or intellectual property it is because they are permitted to have access to it or a holder of that intellectual property has given access. All information is kept in the workspace it was created in unless a user relocates it. Massfeedback will not relocate, destroy, or give unrestricted access to any information held in its databases.
  2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT. Massfeedback.com, LLC collects information our users submit to us such as their name and e-mail address to allow us to identify users and notify them of changes or updates to our service. We also collect personal information submitted by our users in filling out their profile on the service such as gender, state of residence, occupation, interests, etc. We collect this personal information when our users: (a) sign up as a member; (b) make changes to their member profile information; and (c) send e-mail messages, forms, or other information to us via Massfeedback.com. These websites are used as a database tool for several operating businesses INCLUDING Massfeedback.com. All info is held secure on our servers which are completely owned and maintained in full by Massfeedback.com, LLC.

    Massfeedback.com also collects information from users that is unique, but cannot be linked to a specific individual, such as browser type. We gather this information on all visitors for all of our databases and websites for systems administration purposes and to track user trends, such as our most popular features.

  3. COOKIES Like many other Web sites, Massfeedback.com and Spiderfox use a standard technology called "cookies." Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive -- not on our site. They can help make the Internet experience quicker and more convenient. Cookies help us understand how members use our online services and databases, which allows us to improve upon our service. Members who disable cookies will still be able to use our websites and services but Massfeedback.com is not liable for any inconveniences that this may cause.
  4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Massfeedback.com and Spiderfox uses personal information to create a secure and personalized service for our members. The Basic Profile information (first name, photo, age, gender, city, state, and occupation) is displayed to all members of all of our services and websites. Each member can choose which information is viewable to members of our databases by editing their personal profile. Any given user of our services can look up the profile of another if they have the username, however, WILL NOT have access to any information or intellectual property that is privy to that user.
  5. USER TRACKING. As part of our efforts to improve our services, Massfeedback. com will randomly collect IP addresses, Web browser type, domain names, access times, referring URLs and page views for each session. This information is used to ensure that all of our users are REAL PEOPLE and to be assured that the user experience is as fun and efficient as possible. All Massfeedback and Spiderfox communities and databases are SPAM free.
  6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We will not sell, lease or exchange ANY data to third parties without first obtaining your permission, unless required by law.
  7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES. All Massfeedback and Spiderfox communities and databases are SPAM-free, however some of our sites may contain links to other Web sites as a result of a member placing them there or as a banner. Massfeedback.com, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites our users choose to visit, nor is Massfeedback.com, LLC responsible for the appropriateness of the content our users put into our sites and databases. Massfeedback.com and Spiderfox do NOT screen information or content, nor do we have any regulations about the content put into any websites, communities or databases.
  8. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS. Massfeedback.com may choose to deploy advertising on some of the most widely used pages in our databases. Information about users' visits to Massfeedback.com and its affiliated and operated websites and communities, such as number of times they have viewed an ad (but no personally identifiable information), would be used to serve ads to users on this site.
  9. ATTENTION REQUEST, MESSAGE BOARDS, AND PUBLIC FORUMS. Please be aware that whenever members voluntarily disclose personal information online - e.g., message boards, file uploads, events, and listings - that information becomes public and can be collected and used by others. By posting personal information online in public forums, members may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. Users are encourages to hold their information as securely as they would in a face-to-face environment. There are several areas of our websites, databases and communities where information can be held privately between 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. people. Please consult the user guide or contact us for information about the capabilities of our software.
  10. PRIVACY PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not knowingly provide access to any of our online services to persons under the age of thirteen (13). If Massfeedback.com, LLC or Spiderfox, Inc. later learns that any member is under the age of thirteen (13), we will take appropriate steps to remove the member's information from the database and we will restrict this individual from future access to any of our services.
  11. UPDATING AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION. Members can access, change and update their registration, personal information, and any information that they have access to by logging onto our databases using any of our gateway sites. Users OR businesses who choose to leave the service may want to have their personal information deleted or extracted by contacting us at info@massfeedback.com or sending an attention request to user: johnny0001. Please explain the situation and the necessary time constraints and we will do our best to serve you.
  12. IP ADDRESSES. Massfeedback.com may record IP addresses in certain instances to assure our users are original and to block restricted users. Please understand that no personably identifiable information can be extracted from these IP address recordings.
  13. SECURITY PROCEDURES. Massfeedback.com has implemented security measures to protect member information from loss, misuse and alteration. We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted storage, firewalls, backup-databases and password protection systems to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Each of our employees is aware of our security policies, and your information is only available to those employees who need it to perform their jobs.
  14. CONSENT. This Privacy Policy is a part of the Massfeedback.com Terms of Use policy. By using any Massfeedback database, community or website, including services available at the Massfeedback.com domains, users are using a service provided by Massfeedback.com, LLC, and they agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Some terms may be defined in the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers.
  15. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES. If Massfeedback.com changes any of our policies, you will be notified via email or a system message visible on your Login Home page. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a notice on our Web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice, we will also email users who have opted to receive communications from us to notify them of the changes in our privacy practices.
