The basic idea is to use inexpensive labor from Vietnam for business activities in the USA but with the economy of scale. We can set up and manage a development team in Vietnam for you with as many programmers and testers as required. Do you need designers also? Do you prefer C#, PHP or another language? Our people are are Vietnamese Americans and American-born Vietnameses who understand the Vietnamese and their culture well and they can thus prevent communication breakdown, which is typical in offshoring failures.

Our people can meet and work with you in person at your own office. Once set up we will work as your offshore department with a fixed overhead so that you can focus more on productivity and less on training due to frequent turnovers.
